How to Eliminate “Family Responsibilities” As A Networking Excuse

Studies show that women network at half the rate of our male counterparts even though we admit it is critical to our success. To help me understand why that may be the case I distributed a survey a few weeks back to learn more. The feedback was honest and very helpful.

I heard many different reasons why women are hesitant to embrace networking, one of which was that their family responsibilities at home keep them from having the time and ability to get out there.

In this video, I want to share a tip on how women can go about eliminating, or at least minimizing, this as an issue for their networking success.

If you are interested in participating in my survey please feel free to complete these few short questions on networking by visiting the 2016 Minerva Management Partners Networking Survey. Your assistance in helping me gain additional clarity on this subject is greatly appreciated.
