As the end of 2015 approaches, we as individuals will take stock of the previous eleven months while looking ahead to all that 2016 may have in store for us both personally and professionally.
As you know, my goal with Minerva Management Partners is to help professional women sleep better at night knowing that they don’t have to have all of the answers or go it alone. I do this by providing an environment of reassurance, guidance, accountability, motivation, and the tools and resources you need to make things happen in your life.
Minerva Management Partners community members are smart, driven, professional women who have identified a need in their personal or professional lives and are self-aware, courageous, and determined enough to do something about it. They know it is okay to seek help and support and they know that focusing on personal and professional self-improvement not only benefits them but also the lives of those around them. With January right around the corner, many of you are determining goals for the upcoming year. I know I always start the year with lofty ambitions only for life to get in the way to where only a few of them are realized.
If you have the inspiration to make 2016 extraordinary, if you want support to achieve and exceed your goals, and if you are ready to let the desire to be passionate about life and work overcome your fear of change, then take a look at the new offerings from Minerva Management Partners available in January.
A Minerva Coaching Circle is an exclusive community of highly motivated, like-minded individuals seeking to challenge and be challenged by others to dream big, set goals, and take action to achieve them.
The goal of Minerva Coaching Circles is to provide a source of knowledge, encourage the exchange of ideas to help each member reach the next level, and realize the unlimited possibilities for both business development and personal growth. We will help each other set and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with honesty, respect, compassion, and encouragement.

Two Minerva Coaching Circles will be starting in January.
Minerva Coaching Circle for Boss Ladies
This Minerva Coaching Circle is intended to help women business owners who are spending too much time at work to clarify and prioritize their focus so that they can make more money while working fewer hours. It is also designed to tackle another big challenge faced especially by solopreneurs which is the isolation that comes from working alone. One way to mitigate this is to join others like you.

New Minerva Coaching Circles will be added as needed. If you have topics that you would like to see a Minerva Coaching Circle focus on, please contact Stacy Oldfield at firstname.lastname@example.org.
From time to time Minerva Management Partners is asked to speak on a single topic so often that it leads to the development of a workshop. One such topic is the art of networking. The topic was requested so often in 2015 that a half-day workshop on Networking Like a Boss Lady was developed and will be held quarterly, starting in January.
Network Like a Boss Lady
Networking is one of the most powerful things you can do to drive success for yourself and your company. It is about making connections and building enduring, mutually beneficial relationships. And while many of us are uncomfortable with networking, no one can deny the win-win nature of this activity – providing not only a way for others to help us, but for us to help others.
I truly believe that women are inherently better networkers than men simply because of our genuine interest in helping others. Unfortunately, most of us have only had male-role models in this area.
During this interactive session, we’ll discuss how to apply strategy to your networking activities, tactics to use to engage others and to make yourself more memorable, and how to nurture relationships after the networking event is over – all from a Boss Lady’s perspective.

An early bird discount will be available to those registering for the workshop before 12/31/15.
Here is to an amazing 2016! Hope to see you in an upcoming Coaching Circle or workshop.
